Brief Overview of Bring The Fresh
This whole program is setup to help other people learn how internet marketing works. They have all the tools that you need to get an online business up and running. Kelly Felix and Mike Long originally founded (BTF) in 2012. In the early part of 2013 they split up and Mike Long joined Gregg Morison who he met right here at BTF to create OMG Machines. This program has changed so many times since it was started in 2012. It started out as a membership site and has now changed to a one time fee but with lots of un-necessary up sells.
Now that Kelly is running solo, things have changed a lot. Kelly is also the creator of the rich jerk product as well. BTF is a software website building tool that also has in depth training on how to grow your online business.
This software is designed to do everything for you and all you need to do is set it up. BTF is constantly updated so that every time Google does an update you will still have the freshest information about internet marketing.
Who is Bring The Fresh’s Target Audience?
They claim that anyone can get started with their easy to follow directions. Even newbies to internet marketing shouldn’t have any trouble as long as they follow their directions. So anyone who is interested in making money online would benefit from this program.
Does BTF have quality tools and training?
There are several tools that you are provided with when you join BTF. There are also a lot of paid tools that you will be offered once you join and this is something that I don’t like about them. Get you in the door at a low price, then keep up selling you on everything that they think you need in order to be successful.
What you get when you join
The Fast Start Guide-This is a 70 plus page book that will walk you through the process of starting your own website. It will also guide you through how to get your websites optimized for the search engines to find them. This also includes how to get your website ranked really high in Google. There are some pretty good SEO tips included in this guide.
Access to the forum- If there is something you don’t understand then you can ask a question about it. There are a lot of different categories listed in the forum for you to get help with if you need it.
I will list a few of the paid tools (up sells) that they have available below
- Article spinners
- Link builders
- Traffic generator software
- Back link packages
- Done for you websites
These cost anywhere from $100 all the way up to $3,000 depending on what package you sign up for.
The training is provided through live webinars and there is a Q and A session afterwards.
Does Kelly Felix provide you with quality help and support?
Help and support at BTF comes 2 ways. The first way is by going directly through their customer service page. The other way is by visiting their forum and posting your questions in there. You will usually get an answer pretty fast depending on what time of the day it is.
The forum is easy to follow and you can usually find what your looking for in a short amount of time.
There is also a FAQ’s page where you can get a lot of your basic questions answered.
Let’s take a peek at the Pros and Cons of this program
Pros:
- Easy to get started with a step by step website builder
- The fast start guide has got some good SEO tips
- Comes with a money back guarantee
Cons:
- It is loaded with lots of shady up sells and this can get expensive
- Their training is presented through webinars which for some people this is not the best way to learn.
- Everything is not included in your membership when you join.
- Doesn’t come with a free trial
- They are using the get rich quick mentality to sell their program (Which is scammy)
How much does Bring The Fresh cost?
You can get your 7 day trial for $7 after that you will be automatically billed a one time payment of $89. If you try and exit out of their website a pop up window will appear and you will be offered a 60% discount. This will drop your subscription down to only $37.
I want to make sure that everyone knows that you will not have access to the entire site at this price. Once you get inside you will be presented with many more products that they claim you need in order to be successful.
Just to name a few of the MANY up sells that BTF has:
- Already to go website packages- These are pre made websites that are supposed to be already making money. This up sell can be anywhere from $4-500- $2-3 thousand dollars depending on which package you went with.
- Back link packages- Buyer beware!! Not only are these back link packages expensive but the damage they could do to your site outweighs any possible good they could have. The prices start out at $100! Depending on how many websites you have or how many packages you purchase this could get really expensive.
- Help and support mentoring packages- This is something that I just can’t stand. Charging people thousands of dollars to help them out and offer your support. You could get all the help and support you need here and get started FREE.
Here is what I don’t like about Bring The Fresh
It has a place for you to enter your email and I entered mine and in the email Kelly said he was going to give me a free website. I already knew how this game was played. I reviewed a similar program a few months ago that used this same approach at marketing.
They give you a free website but then you gotta pay for expensive hosting and a bunch of extra security packages at 50% higher then everywhere else.
Here is my final thoughts on BTF
Overall this is a pretty good program. It does have its flaws and they are using some pretty shady marketing techniques. Besides that I think their program is laid out pretty nicely if you can get past all the up sells.
I want to advise you that if you do join BTF then try and avoid all the up sells and stick with the fast start guide. It is a pretty good guide to start out with. If you are interested in learning all about internet marketing without the annoying up sells and FREE to get started click here.
If this program wasn’t loaded with so many up sells I might have given it a higher rating.

Overall a very good review of Bring the Fresh which I also purchased at the $7 but was never billed further because now they only bill the extra $89 if you earn money? I don’t exactly understand how they would know if or how much someone would earn using what they teach unless they rely on honesty of their subscribers?
So far I haven’t seen any reason to tell them and as they haven’t asked me, why should I. Kelly earns more than enough. In any case I now use Wealthy Affiliate as you do. Good review.
Scott Newkirk
Hi Stephen,
They must of changed things up a bit over at BTF. I don’t know how they would know if your making money or not and I know I surely wouldn’t be telling them either. I think I will have to update this review to reflect the new changes. Thanks so much for informing me of this and thanks for stopping by and sharing your experience with bring the fresh with everyone here Stephan.
I wish you all the best within the online world.

Hey
I would not recommend BTF at all. I too was a Member of Bring the Fresh and was kicked off. Y?
I foolishly spent $1000 to buy their DFY package Big mistake! I never got a site after waiting patiently for one
year. Mike Long was his partner at the time. He left around the same time. Mario at the time was “supposedly” working on my site. Then he was fired then Sarah took over. She reported Kelly’s DFY to the FTC and copied all of us who we’re waiting on a DFY in an email encouraging us to file complaints. Big mess!
After several complaints Kelly eventually kicked me off as I try to get a refund.
Another year has passed. Still mad at myself for being so foolish.
Goes to show you can’t trust these people.
Don’t be stupid with your money
Scott Newkirk
Hi Dee,
I’m sorry to hear about your experience with BTF and this program is right on the borderline of being a scam. In your case though it was a scam because you lost $1000 dollars with them. It just sickens me to know that they are ripping people off like this.
This is not how you treat your customers and I would never even think of putting you through all that. It sounds like you had to wait a long time to get your site. Did you know that you could have got started on your very own site in this time and had access to all the Free help and support you needed ? Wealthy Affiliate can show you how to get started in a true work from home business.
The best part about this is that you can get started for FREE. That’s something that BTF doesn’t offer and you really can start making money for free.
Thank you so much for stopping by and sharing your story with everyone here. I hope this will help others make an sound decision as to whether this program is worth it or not. If I can help you out in any way Dee let me know.

Thanks for the review. I’m a BTF customer and I agree with some of your comments. I know the freelancer they use to build backlinks, a very difficult woman to work with. I was very wary of the prices, but when I got in contact with her I decided not to work with them at all. To me, their links are spammy and I don’t see how they could last over the long term. Plus, it would help if you’re nice to your customers! lol
Scott Newkirk
Hi Marc,
I’m glad that this review has helped you out. Anyone that uses backlinks to try and rank today will not be getting anywhere. I have said in my review that they are using a few spammy ways to promote different products. I agree with you that they should treat their customers with respect and want to be nice to them. The up-sells is what I didn’t like about BTF. They are everywhere that you look.
If you are looking for a place that you can learn internet marketing without the annoying upsells and be able to get started for FREE then I suggest that you check Wealthy Affiliate out. They have changed my life for the better and I don’t know what I would do without them. Thanks alot for stopping by and sharing your story with everyone here. If you have any questions about anything please let me know and I would love to help you out.

Harold
I have a couple questions. Are you just pumping up WA because you are a member trying to gain a affiliate sale? Isn’t $47/month plus $20/month for Jaaxy pretty expensive also? They advertise all over their site for you to join yearly, Its upsells done in a very classy way. You are PRESSURED to upgrade to premium with the huge ticker counting down at the top when you join starter membership. I must say they aren’t as great as you say. If you do more math on this you can see that its not as FREE as they depict. Take it from someone who couldn’t afford $67/month and $804/year. At least BTF gets you locked in lifetime, even if there are some upsells you don’t have to buy them. He is there to give you SEO Tips that you said yourself are good, just apply them to what you may know already. Your review is a copy n paste of Kyles how to avoid scams. Of course no one is coming close to WA rating…thanks for your honesty. REALLY
Scott Newkirk
Hi Harold,
I’m sorry that you feel this way. The only thing I am doing is trying to get the word out there and help people find a legitimate place to start an online business. There is absolutely NO pressure whatsoever to upgrade to premium at WA if you don’t want to. Most people see the value in the training and upgrade within a few days. The only reason that timer is there is so that you don’t miss out on huge savings off your first months membership.
The only place they have a upgrade to yearly button is along the left side and it’s not an advertisement it’s only an option. Some people like to save money because the yearly membership is highly discounted at only $359. If you would take a few minutes and do the math you would see that this works out to only 98 cents a day. I’m not sure where you got the figure of $804 but you are way off in your calculations.
With the Wealthy Affiliate FREE starter package you get more training, more tools, and more personal help and support then most of these other programs out there who are charging thousands of dollars. Jaaxy is a whole different program and this is also completely optional. You can get your first 30 searches for free with no obligation to sign up to pro if you don’t want to.
In case you haven’t noticed this review was actually a positive review. The only thing I said was to steer clear of all the upsells because they can get pretty expensive. With all the upsells that you are pressured into buying at BTF it will cost you a whole lot more then $67 a month. I wish you lots of success with internet marketing Harold and if you ever need my help or need my advise on something I would love to help you out man.

I have been suckered by Kelly Felix more than once. His stuff is usually good and the price always seems right, but when it comes down to it you are not getting what you actually need. There are always more things that you have to buy.
I am glad you pinted that out here because it really drives me nuts when these so called rich guys sell you on something that is supposed to help you, only to tell you that it will only partly help you and you need to buy another $1000 worth of stuff before you can really make any money.
An honest review here, I personally would stay away from this guy or anyone he is associated with.
Scott Newkirk
Hi Jaylene,
I know exactly what you are talking about when you say that you were suckered by Kelly more then once. The whole time I was reviewing this program the more I researched it seemed like the worst it got. This program has came dangerously close to a borderline scam. I have had several other people tell me the same thing that you are talking about right now. The main thing that turns me off about BTF is the upsells like you have mentioned above.
It’s like they are feeding you a little bit of information at a time and charging you a hefty fee for each piece. Kelly Felix is treating his customers like a financial tool and he truly don’t care about seeing them succeed online. If you are interested in learning about internet marketing and how you can get started for free with full access to everything you need. I think you should definitely check out Wealthy Affiliate.
It is the only real place to learn about how to make money online the proper way. Thanks so much for stopping by Jaylene and if I can help you out in any way please let me know.

I believe this is an honest review of Kelly Felix’s Bring the Fresh. Your rating is fair because of the cons vis-à-vis the pros that you have highlighted. I will certainly give it a fresh look to see what Kelly offers. Keep up the good work Scott.
Cheers.
Scott Newkirk
Hi Benito,
Thanks for stopping by!
I am 100% completely honest with my readers and I only give them the right information so that they can make a sound decision as to whether the program is right for them or not. If you do join then I would just be careful and don’t buy any of their backlink packages or other upsells that they will throw at you.
Overall its an OK program and I would recommend it.
