Chances are if you landed on this review you’re curious as to what exactly Countdown to profits is all about.
You also may have questions about this opportunity and are possibly wondering if this is another work from home scam or something that’s worth investing your hard earned money into or not.
From the minute I landed on their sales page and started watching the sales video there were many warning signs that I think you guys should be aware of before you even think about giving out your credit card number to this company.
Within the following review, I’ll be going over each one of these for you guys and giving you a heads up as to what Richard has in store for you and what you should be on the lookout for before you get sucked into another worthless scam.
What Exactly Is Countdown To Profits?
That’s a great question and to be honest with you guys, I’m not exactly sure.
The only thing we are told throughout the sales video is that we’ll be gaining access to a foolproof system that is guaranteed to pull in a consistent flow of $1k, $3k, and $5k commissions on autopilot immediately after you get everything setup.
This was 1 of the many warning signs for me and as I continued watching the video these escalated pretty quickly from there.
As I continued researching this program, I was able to discover that this was nothing more than another funnel for Matt Lloyd’s pyramid scheme “My Online Business Empire” or MOBE for short.
Just last month, I reviewed Internet Funnel System which is another funnel for MOBE as well.
This has got to be one of the biggest pyramid schemes I have ever reviewed in my entire online career and a good way for you to lose thousands of dollars here in a really short amount of time if you aren’t careful.
First things first, though!!
Before you’re funneled into this scheme, you will be directed to another scam called Automatic Edge which will eventually redirect you to MOBE.

Understanding How This Whole System Works
I got to admit when I first started researching this system I was pretty baffled and clueless about what it was exactly. Once I started putting all of the pieces to this puzzle together everything started to make better sense.
If you know anything at all about MOBE you’ll remember that Matt Lloyd offers a $500 guarantee that if you don’t make any money with his system within 30 days he will give you $500 for trying it out.
It just so happens that Richard is offering this same guarantee and he precisely tells you in the video that in order to qualify to receive this $500 you’ll need to try the system out for 30 days as well.
Doesn’t this sound familiar?
The system he’s referring to is MTTB, Matt Lloyd’s 21 step system which will end up costing you an additional $2,000 and this is only 1 of the many upsells presented within this opportunity.
Also when Richard tells you that you’ll be earning $1k, $3k, and $5k commissions on autopilot he’s talking about MTTB as well.

5 Warning Signs For You To Be Aware Of Before Joining
Whenever making the decision to join any kind of online money making opportunity it’s vital that you do some thorough research on the company beforehand and know what to look out for.
Within the first couple of minutes, there were more warning signs than I could count on both of my hands but here are the ones that stood out the most to me.
1. Unrealistic Claims- Whenever you hear the words “Foolproof System” “Complete Autopilot” “Earn $$$ While You Sleep” you should run for the hills and never look back.
If there really was a foolproof system out there that would deposit thousands of dollars into your account on autopilot why would they be giving it away for such a low price?
If it really were this easy to make money online don’t you think the whole world would be doing it?
2. Offering To Pay You $500 To Watch His Sales Video- This is 1 of the most deceptive marketing tactics that I’ve seen in my entire career in the online world. You are practically forced to watch this video in its entirety if you want to qualify for this money.
Want me to let you in on a secret? This $500 guarantee doesn’t exist and this is merely a trick to get you to watch the video to the end.
Do you know of anyone who would actually pay you $500 to watch a video?
Seriously guys?
3. No Indication Of What You’ll Be Doing- Another warning sign that you should be aware of when looking into an online opportunity is what will you be doing before you join?
If there is more of an emphasis on how much money you’ll be making within a certain time period and a vague description of what you’ll be doing, then chances are that what they’re offering has little to no value and could possibly be a scam.
As I continued watching the sales video I kept wondering what I would be doing if I did decide to join and there wasn’t any indication of this throughout the entire video.
4.Advertorial Geo Targeted- Any sales video that claims they have been featured on the local news and tells you Tracy who just so happens to live in your hometown is making millions of dollars working from home should be avoided at all costs.
This has got to be 1 of the oldest tricks in the book and 1 that I have fallen for many times in my online journey.
5. Millionaire Coach Will Do All The Work For You- This has got to be one of the stupidest things I have ever heard of and doesn’t even make any sense.
So you’re telling me this system is not only completely automated and foolproof and will make commissions for me on autopilot, but I’ll also gain access to a coach that will do all the work for me?
Wait a min, I thought this was completely automated and didn’t require any work?
How Much Will This End Up Hurting Your Wallet In The Long Run?
The front end price starts out at $97. This is only to lure you in and once you gain access to the member’s area you’ll need to dish out a whole lot more than this.
Like I said earlier, this serves as nothing more than a funnel for 2 different programs, Mobe and Automatic Edge. Once you gain access to the member’s area you’ll immediately have both of these upsells thrown in your face.
Automatic Edge will also cost you $97 and comes with its own upsells. Once you’re in AE you’ll have MOBE thrown in your face and this comes at the hefty price tag of $1997.00.
This is a pretty far cry from the original $97 investment that Richard talked about in the sales video, wouldn’t you say?
There are also multiple levels in MOBE that can get as expensive as $30,000 and this is absolutely insane.
Let’s See How Countdown To Profits Stacks Up To My #1 Recommendation For Building A Business Online Below!
My Final Thoughts
Any company that acts as a funnel for another well known pyramid scheme definitely doesn’t have your best interests at heart and is only out to get your money and leave you with nothing.
They simply can’t be trusted and you’ll likely end up losing more money than you make.
(That is if you make any at all)
Making money online is definitely possible and to be honest with you guys it’s not even all that difficult to learn.
Like anything worthwhile, it’s going to require lots of hard work, dedication, passion, and a drive to succeed.
1 thing that it doesn’t involve is a foolproof automated system that does all the work for you and deposits commissions into your bank account on autopilot.
Like I’ve said many times before, there is NO SUCH THING and this is another one of their deceptive marketing tactics used to get you to buy into their system.
Learning how to build a business online requires some kind of a blueprint for you to follow along with a step by step training program that offers an interactive learning experience.
This is where Countdown to profits falls short and instead of showing you how to earn money, they focus on selling you the dream and showing you the kind of lifestyle you could live by investing into their program.
The place that has shown me how to build a highly successful business online is Wealthy Affiliate.
This is where I got my start in the online world and the reason why I’ve been as successful as I am.
If you truly are serious about building a business online I would highly recommend you check them out.
I really hope this review has given you guys some insight into what you’ll be exposed to if you were to join and some solid reasons why you should avoid it like the plague.
Do you have any previous experience with this program that you would like to share with other people? I would love to hear all about it in the comments below!

Wow these guys have gone the extra mile! I had no idea that MOBE was even still around and I see how they’re changing up things to get another audience. I don’t think these guys will ever stop unless they get shutdown. Are they still charging thousands of dollars for this?
Scott Newkirk
Yes they have definitely gone out of their way to promote this scheme to as many people as they possibly could. You would think that MOBE would have got shut down years ago, but unfortunately, they’re still around. Since people are starting to be smarter and avoid this scheme they need to come up with a more creative way to lure people in.
Unfortunately, they are still charging thousands of dollars for this and we can only hope they get shut down soon. I want to thank you for dropping by John and leaving your 2 cents on this.
