1/5 Stars (MLM Side)
I have been approached by several people on Facebook recently about joining Dubli. I figured I would do some digging and see if this was just another MLM disguised as a cash back rewards program or if it really was a legitimate way to earn money online.
What I found is really going to shock you guys and should keep you alert as to how clever and deceptive programs like this can seem like a great way to make money but in the long run it will end up costing you more money than you will make.
Stay tuned as I break down this opportunity and tell you if it’s worth your time and money or if you should avoid this program altogether.
What Does The Dubli Program Have To Offer You?
Well, there are actually 2 sides to this business and I will give you guys a breakdown of how each one works.
The Shopping Mall- This is where you can earn cash back on many of the items you buy on a regular basis as well as receiving exclusive discounts off of travel, finances, insurance, cellular service, and satellite TV service.
The Dubli Network(MLM)- This is the business side of the program and where you can earn residual income from recruiting other people into the business. You can make $20 for each person that signs up through you when they join the V.I.P membership. Sign up 5 people and your V.I.P membership is paid for.
Like any MLM program, this is where things start to get confusing and VERY COSTLY.
You can make money from both sides of this business, but I personally would stay away from the MLM aspect of this business and stick with the shopping side.
How does Dubli work and how do you make money with them? (The shopping side)
This is a global marketing company where you can earn cash back and rewards for shopping at some of your favorite retailers like Walmart, Target, Best Buy and Kohls just to name a few.
They have partnered up with these companies and every time you make a purchase with them through their site you can earn money. There are actually 3 levels of membership offered Free, Premium, and V.I.P
As you can see from the chart above you can earn more cash back within the premium and V.I.P membership levels. You can also make money from purchases of people that you refer to the company as well depending on what membership they sign up to and what items they purchase.
How does the toolbar feature work?
This is actually a pretty nifty feature and one of the things I liked. Now I must admit that I’m usually not a fan of toolbars, but this one in particular stood out to me. Whenever you go to one of their merchant sites that they are partnered with you will get a notification at the top of your screen informing you of how much cash you can get back from any purchases you make on their website.
How you make money from the business side (MLM)
Like I mentioned above you make $20 for every member that signs up for the V.I.P membership. This is setup just like a typical MLM business model. You get someone to sign up under you and then that person gets someone to sign up under them and so on.
You make a commission off of their sales as well as yours. Here’s the catch, you need to pay a monthly $99 business package fee just to qualify to receive commissions every month.
I have always said that whenever you are charged a fee of any kind just to join their affiliate program that this is a Ponzi scheme and you need to run as far away from this as you possibly can.
I will go into the full details of how much money you need to throw at this opportunity just to qualify for commissions below.
Sounds like a true pyramid scheme doesn’t it?
How much cash are you going to need to throw at this company just to be successful with it?
Remember I told you guys earlier that the MLM side of this would get really costly fast? Like I mentioned a few minutes ago you need to acquire a business license just to qualify to receive commissions for referring other members to this program.
Can you say Ponzi scheme?
This business package will set you back $99 per month but don’t think that’s all you will need that’s just the start of how much money you will need to fork over just to be able to participate in their referral program.
Take a look at the membership prices below!!
As you see in the screenshot above you are going to need to invest $594 just to be able to recruit other members into the program and get paid recurring commissions each month.
Doesn’t sound so good now does it?
They also have a bundle package which includes the following:
Yes you read that right you are going to need to invest $2475 into this program just to gain the rights to promote it to other people. If you purchase this bundle package I take it that you wouldn’t need to pay the monthly $99 business license fee since this is already included in the bundle.
Why would anyone even think about paying this ridiculous amount of money just to get other people involved in this business? I don’t know about you guys, but this doesn’t sound like a legitimate way to earn money online to me how about you?
Here are a few things I actually liked about this program
- Like I said earlier, I can actually see some value in the shopping side of this business as you could very well save some cash from the stores you already shop at.
- I also like that you can sign up for free and actually get cash back from using the free membership.
- The shopping side accepts PayPal which is always a good thing and one of the safest ways to shop online
Here’s what I didn’t like about this program
- Their business side is set up just like a MLM pyramid scheme
- You need to pay to join their referral program which is a huge red flag
- They have been banned from Facebook(Checkout my update below)
- It can get very expensive to join their referral program (Up to $2500)
- You are required to pay a monthly fee just to continue receiving commissions and gain access to their program
- Doesn’t offer a money back guarantee
Let’s see how this program compares to my #1 recommended program of all time below
Here are my final thoughts about the Dubli business opportunity
If you are looking for a program where you can get rewarded for shopping at some of your favorite stores and get cash back then I think this would be something worth checking into. As far as making money with them and partnering up with them I honestly can’t recommend this program to anyone.
When you first join their shopping site they don’t say much about their referral program until later on. Then like every other company out there they use something I like to call “bait and hook”
They bait you with their cash back and rewards program and offer it to you at a low price of only $99 a year. After they get you in, they tell you how you can make so much more money by inviting your friends, family, and others to join their program and how they can save money as well.
Then they tell you in order to receive commissions from these people you need to acquire a business license through them and this is where it gets REALLY EXPENSIVE.
UPDATE: It looks like Facebook has banned the Dubli Network because as I tried sharing this review I got the following warning.
“The content you’re trying to share includes a link that our security systems detected to be unsafe: dublinetwork.com Please remove this link to continue. If you think you’re seeing this by mistake, please let us know”
Don’t let the dollars signs fool you into making a costly mistake that you will regret later on.
If you really are serious about starting up an online business there are much better alternatives that are going to provide you with much more value and give you a solid plan for creating a long term business online. This will also be much more cost effective and you will learn everything you need to know to grow your business to any level you want.
You can also get started for free and check out everything they have to offer before making the decision to invest in their advanced training courses. I’m sure you would agree that it’s much smarter to try something out first before you invest your hard earned money into it. Am I right?
I really hope this review has offered you some insights into what you are getting involved with when you join Dubli and helped you make a sound decision as to whether this opportunity would be a good fit for you or not.
If you were a previous member of this program and would like to share your experience with other people to warn them about this MLM disguised as a cash back rewards program then I encourage you to leave your feedback below.
You will be doing other people a huge favor and saving them lots of money in the long run. I look forward to hearing about your experiences below!!
