Online Flex Job Review
Name: Online Flex Job
Type Of Work: Processing Unclaimed Funds
Company Owners: Unknown
Price To Get Started: $23.96 & up+ other fees
Overall Ranking: 1/5 Stars
What Exactly Is Online Flex Job?
Online Flex Job is a job board that claims to hook you up with flexible jobs from home processing unclaimed funds for a large database of clients.
Sounds pretty legit so far, doesn’t it?
Thats the same thing I thought when I first landed on their website but I quicked changed my mind after doing so further research on this company.
I thought that by clicking on their about page I would get to learn a little more about this company and see where they originated from and what they had to offer.
While I was able to learn a little about what you would be doing once you join, it felt more like I was on their sales page instead of their about me page.
Why is that you may ask?
This is mainly due to the fact that there are video testimonials listed down the right-hand side of their about page.
Do you guys know of any legit job sites out there that has testimonials on their about page?
This was the first red flag that was raised for me and as I continued to do my research on this company there red flags started flying high.
Continue reading as I’ll be uncovering various other red flags that I encountered as I continued to do my research on this site.
How This Scam Works (Yes I Said Scam)
To get started with this opportunity you’ll need to fill out the mini-application form which is technically nothing more than an opt-in form like the one you see below.
Once you have submitted your information you’ll land on a page that consists of 3 steps that you’ll need to complete before you’ll be permitted to access the job center.
These are as follows:
- Step 1- Watch the getting started setup video
- Step 2- Submit your receipt to gain access to the job center
- Step 3- Log in using your unique username & password
As I started to watch the getting started video I was told that if I wanted to work with this company I would need to purchase and install their antivirus software onto my computer before they would trust me with such sensitive data.
I was like WTF!!
Are you kidding me right now!!
I personally already own my own antivirus software that I’ve been running for the past 3 years now and I have no intentions of replacing it with some no-name Antivirus software that I’m not even sure is legit.
They claim to be looking out for your safety as well as their so called customers and in order for you to gain access to other peoples financial records, you’ll need to have the highest quality antivirus software on your computer.
I smell a load of BS in the air, do you guys smell that as well?
What’s The Name Of This AntiVirus Software You’ll Need To Purchase?
I thought I would continue to dig deeper and see what type of software I would need to purchase in case I did decide to participate in this opportunity.
After doing a fair amount of researching I discovered that this antivirus software is called Bullguard and supposedly its the best at protecting you against malware and other potential threats in cyberspace.
I guess that this software is actually legit but I can tell you that it’s not at all needed and they are simply using this as a way to cash in at you guys expense.
After digging even deeper, I was able to figure out that this particular software is on the Max Bounty affiliate network which I coincidently happen to be a member of myself.
Now while I have no problem with Max Bounty as I said I currently promote products and services from their affiliate network on this very website you’re on now.
However, I do have a problem when they promote these types of products in a misleading and unethical way like is happening here.
As you can see from the screenshot above they make $28 each time someone purchases this software using their affiliate link.
They do claim to reimburse you for this after you gain access to the jobs area but there have been numerous complaints from people who say they never got reimbursed or were they able to contact support for a refund.
What You’ll Be Doing Once You Join
As if the facts that I’ve revealed to you guys thus far isn’t enough to have you running in the opposite direction I was able to find out a little info about what you’ll be doing once you access the jobs area.
Like I said earlier, you’ll be processing unclaimed funds and reaching out to people who have money coming to them from the government that they haven’t claimed yet.
They claim that you don’t need to talk to these people but simply fill out a form and direct these people in the right direction.
The supposedly fortune 500 company that you are told about on the sales page will get a 30% cut of these funds and you’ll receive 70%.
There is a $5 processing charge that you’ll also need to pay for each form that you process.
It’s recommended that you wait until you have completed at least 4 forms to avoid paying so many out of pocket fees.
All of this may sound fine and dandy to you guys but the harsh reality of all of this is that there are no such companies out there and these jobs don’t even exist.
Nobody is going to be paying you anything and the only people getting paid are the owners of this scam (Whoever that is)
Is Online Flex Jobs A Scam?
Based on the facts that I’ve presented to you guys above I think it’s pretty apparent that this system is nothing more than a big fat scam thats geared towards taking your money and leaving you with nothing.
While the thought of processing unclaimed funds may seem like a legitimate opportunity, unfortunately, this is just a sleazy marketing technique used for them to make a commission off you for some worthless software you don’t need.
Learning how to make money online is possible but I can assure you that it’s not going to happen using this system.
For years I would fall victim to these types of scams that were extremely misleading and described the perfect work from home opportunity only to be let down and find myself back to square one.
Learn How To Make Money Online Without Being Scammed
Learning the proper way to make money online can be quite frustrating especially with sites out there like Online Flex Job that leads you in the wrong direction and tells you that you need special software to work from home.
This is absolutely ridiculous and I feel sorry for anyone that falls victim to the scheme and wastes their hard earned money on this rubbish only to be stuck with some Antivirus software that you don’t need.
