Product overview of OMG Machines
I have been getting many requests for me to do reviews on many different make money online programs. This is another one of those hyped up programs that are sold on the fact that you will be rich if you buy into it.
In case you are wondering what OMG stands for its One Man Gang. This program was launched in early 2012 and it was one of the biggest launches of the year.
One man gang machines is basically an SEO course that shows you step by step instructions on how to get your website ranked #1 in Google.
There is also a bunch of videos, e-books, and recorded mp3 files from Greg and Mike that goes over this in detail.
In this OMG Machines review, I am going to uncover the truth about this program and show you why you should avoid it. I will also be showing you how you can get started making money realistically and get started for Free.
Let’s get right into things here!!
What Group Of People Is OMG Machines Targeted Towards?
The way they have it setup, anyone can get started with little to no experience in internet marketing.
Their training videos offer an over the shoulder experience.
Anyone can easily follow the training and techniques that they use to get websites ranked and implement them on their own website.
From the minute I joined, I saw that this was designed for a newbie to catch on pretty quick.
Looking For A More Sensible Way To Make Money Online That Let’s You Get Started For Free? Click Here For My #1 Recommendation!
Is There Any Quality Tools And Training Provided In OMG?
The training is split up into 2 packages. I will go over in detail what all you get in each package.
Commission Conspiracy Part 1
This training module is geared towards how to create Squidoo lenses and how to sell products from amazon on these lenses.
- They show you how to get traffic from youtube and how to SEO your videos, as well as how to monetize them.
- You get videos from Greg interviewing successful affiliate marketers and they tell you exactly how they have done it.
- A series of mp3 files and a 52-page e-book with links to several different videos called your path to inevitable success online.
- Magic submitter-This is software that will take an article of yours change it up and submit it to multiple directories.
Commission Conspiracy Part 2
This part of the training is more focused on building your own website and how to get rankings in Google.
- There is a 14 over the shoulder video series from Greg. In these videos, he shows you exactly how he got his website ranked #1 in Google in a local business niche.
- The second module is training on how to setup an email marketing campaign.
- Another video on Greg going into the word press editor and making a website look and feel better for conversions.
- A module that is full of over the top field reports, extensive training from some of the most successful internet marketers.
- A video with more successful internet marketers being interviewed about how they made it to where they are today.
Now I know you are probably wondering how much it costs for each of these 2 training packages aren’t you? Well here it is Part 1 is $45 and part 2 is $99.
I just have a few things here to add to this. Anyone can get a Free Squidoo account by simply going to squidoo.com and you can learn how to profit from it with amazon sales for free.
Who wants to pay money for a bunch of boring videos of Mike and Greg interviewing other successful Internet marketers?
When it comes to Internet marketing everyone is different. What works for one person may not work for someone else.
I have bought so many of these get rich quick schemes and I know from personal experience that paying money for some mp3 files, a series of worthless videos, and an e-book is not going to get you any closer to making money online then the last program got you.
You could get all of this information elsewhere for free.

- Super webby- This is a recorded webinar that is hosted by Mike long and Greg Morrison. This is mostly a bunch of sales pitches and both of them showing you how much money they are making.
Let’s Take A Look At The Pros & Cons Of This Opportunity
Pros:
- Easy to get started with step by step courses that are easy to follow
- It is designed so that newbies can catch on quick
Cons:
- It is built on the get rich quick mentality that you will make thousands of dollars within a couple of weeks.
- The support system is way overpriced and anyone who treats their customers as a financial tool is up to no good.
- They encourage you to use an article spinner which is no good and can actually hurt any ranking you may have in Google
- All positive reviews of OMG are from the thousands of people who are promoting it.
- Doesn’t offer a free trial(You just get a few videos filled with sales pitches)
- No real training unless you consider mp3 files, an e-book and a bunch of interviews good training.
How Much Does OMG Machines Cost?
Like I mentioned above the commission conspiracy part 1 is $45 and part 2 is $99. The no holds barred support and coaching system is a separate system and I will go over these prices below.
1-time payment of $7999
12 monthly payments of $699 each (Totaling $8,388)
There have been quite a few changes to the NHB program and I will list them below
The NHB(No Holds Barred) program now comes with unlimited support as well as access to live webinars held every 2 weeks. You also get everything that is listed above.
Now I don’t know about you guys but when I first started out in Internet marketing I didn’t have anywhere near this much money to pay for someone to help me get started online.
Even if I did I wouldn’t even think about paying this much just to get some help.
This is probably one of the biggest red flags ever when a program is using this kind of dehumanization of a customer just for their financial gain.
You are much better than this and you deserve so much more!! I would much rather provide you with top notch training that shows you how to build a real business online.
Also, instead of charging over 8 grand for help and support, this comes included with your membership when you join.
Looking To Get A Refund? Good Luck With That!
Not only do these guys offer NO support unless you are willing to fork over 8 grand but they also offer NO REFUNDS. Take a look at this screenshot below where they make you agree that you won’t get a refund once you join and fork over $8,000 to them.
I would say the reason why they are so successful as they call it is because of this NO REFUND policy wouldn’t you?
Also, here’s a pretty interesting conversation that I found between Mike Long and a customer who purchased their program and wasn’t satisfied. You can check out the full conversation here. Take a look at a few of the screen shots I have captured for you guys below of their conversation.
Is this the kind of person you want to work with? With an attitude like that, I don’t see how they are still around after all this time.

My Final Thoughts On OMG Machines
When I first joined OMG and landed on their website I was automatically presented with photo-shopped copies of Greg’s bank statements and Paypal account. This was a huge turn off for me and there was also tons of fake video testimonials. Anyone can go over to fiverr.com and have people do this for you for only $5. Whenever you land on a website that is flooded with nothing but bank statements of how much money they made in such a short time then run for the hills and go the other direction.
Would I consider OMG to be a scam? No, I wouldn’t say it was a scam because there are a few gold nuggets in here. Overall their training is overpriced and really outdated.
Don’t get me wrong here making lots of money on the Internet is possible provided that you are willing to put in the time and effort. You can make millions of dollars online but it’s gonna take you years and years to achieve this kind of success.
Greg and Mike fail to mention this part because they are only after one thing, and that is to get you to buy into their low quality training materials and expensive mentoring packages.
I believe that their intentions are good, but they are misleading people and they don’t truly care about your success online. There are Much Better & A Whole Lot Cheaper Alternatives To OMG whose training is constantly updated and that show you how to build an online business the proper way.
I really hope this review has helped you guys understand what OMG Machines is all about and why you should avoid them like the plague.
Have you been on the fence about joining OMG and not sure if this is something you would regret later? Maybe you were a previous or current member and would like to share your experience with everyone here today.
I would love to hear about it and I’m sure other people would as well. By doing this, you’ll be helping other people avoid being taken advantage of by this company and save them $8,000.
Leave your comments, experience, questions or anything you would like to add to this in the comments section below. I will get back to you A.S.A.P

This review here is not relevant anymore and i think you should remove it.
1000s of students have seen success with OMG and made their first dollars and actually quit their job due to the training. I am a part of this traning myself, and i know own a successful agency making $25,000 a month with 0 employees and i wouldn’t be able to do that without OMG.
This is the classy “Wealthy Affiliate” scam. Write about how bad all internet products are and promote Wealthy affiliate as the alternative. This is a joke…
Scott Newkirk
Hi Mike,
For the most part, this review is still totally relevant and I have updated this several times in the past year. I’m sure there are many people who have found success with OMG and I think that’s great. If you have $8k just laying around and can afford to invest in their training, that’s awesome.
However, OMG isn’t for everyone and most people either don’t have this kind of money or they aren’t willing to spend this much money just to get started online.
Can you really blame them, though?
I’m glad that you have been highly successful with OMG but I highly doubt that you run an agency making $25k a month with no employees. I’m in no way trashing any other internet products to promote WA. I’m simply providing people with the truth about various internet marketing programs and giving my honest opinion as to whether they are worth your time or not.
I then show them a much higher quality and cost effective way to get started without having to take out a loan or refinance their house. I do want to thank you for stopping by Mike and putting your 2 cents in.
Cheers

Claire
Hi Scott, Their new special ops contains information on how to non-Google SEO for Amazon, how to find products that sell and how to maximise on fulfilment by Amazon. That part is by Liz something. Where can I find that information for free? I’m a noob and hate how I get lost looking for the right info. I always end up with a thousand windows open, brain drained and none the wiser. Can Wealthy Affilliate show me how to succeed on Amazon? Also, will it help spruce up my Copywriting website?
Scott Newkirk
Hi Claire,
I haven’t been keeping up with OMG Machines lately so thanks for sharing this info with me and everyone else here today. I’m not exactly sure where you could find information on fulfillment by Amazon for free on the web. You could google “Fulfilment by Amazon training” or something like that and see if anything comes up that’s relevant to what you’re looking for.
Like you, I was also a noob when I started here 3 and a half years ago and to this day, I always have at least 20 tabs open. Trust me I know all about finding the right info and then losing it.
This has happened several times to me as well!!
Yes, Wealthy Affiliate can show you how to be successful with Amazon and they can also show you how to spruce up your copywriting website.
They showed me how to build an Amazon website and I blogged about my success here! If I can learn this stuff then anyone can and I have all the confidence in the world that you can do this as well Claire.
I recommend getting started by creating your Free Starter Account Here! Simply provide a valid email address and create a username and password and you’re in. I hope this has helped answer your questions Claire and please let me know if you have any other questions for me.
Cheers

Xiao Li
Thank you so much, Scott, for writing and posting this review on OMG Machines! I recently attended a webinar by Bob Proctor, which event I truly enjoy, and he consistently promotes OMG over the past several years. I had some doubts but I know nothing about SEO or internet marketing, and your review clarified many things for me, many thanks!!!
Scott Newkirk
You are most welcome Xiao Li!
There seem to be many, many, people who are promoting OMG Machines and I feel that It’s my job to provide people with an honest and unbiased review instead of a review from an affiliate. Bob Proctor is a very knowledgeable man who seems to really know his stuff but he’s also another of the many people who speak highly of this program.
The main thing that turns me off about OMG Machines is their lack of focus on the actual training. They would rather brag about how much money they make by logging into their PayPal account several times throughout their webinars and showing you their account. Instead of providing you with valuable training that will show you how to build an online business that will produce the same kind of results that they’re bragging about.
This puts a really bad taste in my mouth about this company and I don’t in any way condone this kind of behavior. I would rather people get educated on the proper way to build an online business that focuses on helping people and less on making money. If you help people and build a relationship with them, the money will naturally follow soon after.
I want to thank you for stopping by today Xiao Li and chiming in with your thoughts on this.
Cheers

Hi Scott
I’m trying to optimize traffic to my website
as i can see from all the emails you received
that your’e trustworthy and experience internet
marketer, what would you recommend me as a newbie to the
online business?
Thanks
All the best
Moshe Gelbman
Scott Newkirk
Hi Moshe,
Sorry for the late reply!
If you have a website that you’re looking to increase traffic to I would suggest SEO as your first plan of action. This method is free and you’ll learn how to get listed in Google’s search engine and get free traffic to your site. If you’re a newbie to this business and would like to learn the basics of how to build a website, write content for it, and get ranked on the first page of Google, I would recommend Wealthy Affiliate as a good starting point for you.
It’s free to get started, and it comes with everything you need to get started online and build a business that you’ll be proud of. Thanks so much for stopping by Moshe and I hope this has helped you out. If you have any other questions or need my help please let me know.
~Scott~
Chris
Hi Scott
Whilst I agree that the OMG pricing is ridiculous, I question your own level of objectivity. You seem to be pushing your own affiliate link in nearly everyone of your replies, which makes me a little suspicious.
Chris
Scott Newkirk
Hi Chris,
If you would have taken any time at all to check out my replies you would see that those links in my replies aren’t affiliate links at all. These are links to other helpful posts on my website. The purpose of this review isn’t to sway you one way or another, nor is it meant to bash OMG machines. I’m simply presenting you with the facts and giving you my honest opinion about OMG Machines and whether I would recommend this to other people or not.
At the end of my review I provide you with an alternative to OMG thats not only way cheaper, but also teaches you the proper way to build an online business that doesn’t involve black hat SEO techniques or outdated strategies that don’t work in 2016. It’s up to you whether or not you take heed and follow my advice or not.
I’m not pushing anything on you or anyone, I’m simply recommending what I feel would be your best option for getting started online.
Cheers

Hi Scott,
If OMG training SEO works, then why are we having top slots on Google page #1 not occupied by their websites or videos? Paying to learn how to create ranking content on Squidoo (now under Hub Pages) …. my foot!
OMG black hat link blasting software contributed to the slapping of Squidoo by Google and inevitable collapse. Now you are told to repeat the same method on your own website …. talk of shooting yourself in the foot.
One month of OMG $699 can pay for nearly a 2 year subscription at Wealthy Affiliate. Also, if the training at OMG is as great as they claim it is, then why are Wealthy Affiliate websites outranking OMG Machines websites on Google….. FOOD FOR THOUGHT.
Scott Newkirk
Hi there,
That’s actually a really good question and one that I keep wondering myself. You would think for the ungodly amount of money these guys are charging for their coaching and 1 on 1 support that they would at least be able to get ranked on the first page of Google wouldn’t you? If they can’t even get ranked at the top of page 1 for their own keyword, then why would anyone want to invest this kind of money into their coaching and support program?
Using black hat SEO blasting software and using article spinners may have worked back in 2012, but in 2016 it won’t work and Google has caught on to people who do this. Not only will using this kind of software get your site sandboxed, you could possibly get your site blacklisted as well. Before anyone even thinks about joining OMG they need to sit down and think about it before making any drastic decisions that they’ll end up regretting later.
Why anyone would be willing to pay this much for just 1 month at OMG when like you said you could get 2 years of the best training, tools, and support needed to learn how to build an online business the right way at Wealthy Affiliate is beyond me. You know it’s actually funny that you brought this up, because as I was checking the SERPS to see who was ranked for their keyword guess who was in the #2 spot? My website is listed on the first page of Google for their keyword. Does this surprise you?
Actually, I couldn’t find their official site listed anywhere on the first 5 pages of Google. I finally found them towards the bottom of pg 6. I really want to thank you for stopping by today and sharing your thoughts on this with everyone here today. I really appreciate it.
Cheers
~Scott~
Derek
Scott,
Thanks for the article and recent replies. Is what you’re talking about (buying tons of articles, spinning, creating blog networks to pound with low quality backlinks, etc) what they currently teach?
Even for local SEO?
I’m surprised….I was under the impression you didn’t have to worry about tons of content and backlinks with their methods, such that it’s not terribly time-consuming or expensive….
Scott Newkirk
Hi Derek,
You get software that will let you change up an article and submit it to multiple article directories. This is called article spinning and it’s a great way to get spanked by Google once they detect this type of software. What you said pretty much sums up what they teach. As far as local SEO goes I’m not 100% sure about it.
They do have a few nuggets in there but most of their techniques are outdated and their coaching is extremely overpriced. The article spinner will pump out content for you and provide you with backlinks so they claim there’s not much work involved. These things might have worked a few years back but they won’t work now.
If you truly want to build a business the right way then it’s going to take some time to build it out before you see any results. This program is build on the get rich quick mentality and they tell you it’s possible to make $10K in 30 days. It takes a whole lot more than 30 days to build up an income like that and it just doesn’t happen that fast.
I do want to thank you for stopping by Derek and chiming in on this review. It’s greatly appreciated!
Cheers

Previous customer...
Honestly I can’t recommend if you have already good knowledge about SEO and PBN’s. All the info which is provided with the course can be found free from the internet, if you know where to look it.
There is also nice refund conversation with Mike Long when asking a refund. So yeah now I totally get why they don’t give refunds.
Check Out Our Shocking Conversation Here
Scott Newkirk
Hey there,
I agree with you that the information you are provided with offers NO VALUE whatsoever and you could find the same exact stuff elsewhere for free. Like I have mentioned in my review above. I have checked out your conversation with Mike Long and I’m sure that other people would love to see this as well.
I will be sharing this with everyone so that they can see just how nice this guy really is and help them save their money. It sounds like he really got nasty with you for NO REASON at all. This is no way to treat your customers and I’m sorry to hear you had to go through this.
If you are looking for more advanced training on Search engine marketing and looking for ways on how to grow your business I would highly suggest that you check out WA. Unlike OMG, Wealthy Affiliate is a company that actually cares about seeing you be successful online and is there to help you every step of the way.
You can actually get started for Free here with absolutely NO RISK or no strings attached.
I want to thank you for stopping by and sharing your experience with OMG with everyone here. This will help so many people out and help them avoid doing any business with Mike Long.
I look forward to working with you

Darrol
Hi Scott, I just found you on line doing some research on OMG. I was soo close to buying their course. By the way, the price has escalated to 6999.99 with no refunds. I have always been interested in making money on the internet and have spent some money trying to get started. Finding you is “God Sent” and I just want to say Thanks and that you are appreciated.
Darrol@windstream.net
Scott Newkirk
Hi Darrol,
I’m so glad you were able to find me on Google and that I was able to help save you from being scammed and losing thousands of dollars. Thanks for informing me of this price change. I will update this in my review so that people know the current price. There’s also a nice conversation between Mike Long and someone who asked for a refund that you should definitely check out.
Like you, I have also spent some money trying to find some honest training on how to make money online with no luck. It wasn’t until I found Wealthy Affiliate that I was able to work full time from home and make a full-time income. Once again I’m glad I was able to help you out and save you from being scammed by OMG. I also want to thank you for stopping by and letting me know how much this review has helped you.
Cheers

Craig
Hi Scott,
I just came across your review ranked #1 for OMG Machine. Was thinking to myslef I know this domain. Thanks for the honest detailed review.
I’m currently liisteing to a Webinar in the background with Mike Long and Alex Becker etc.
Its 72 minutes in and pretty much just hype with no info, that’s why I search OMG machine to try cut to the point and see what it is.
Scott Newkirk
Hi Craig,
I’m glad this review has helped you out and has revealed the truth about this company. I went through all of their “So-called training” and the only thing I learned, was how much money these guys are making. There was absolutely nothing of value or no training on how to setup a business online. Their webinars are even worst. When I attended one of them all they did the entire time was brag about how much money they were making and they logged into their PayPal account several times.
Thanks so much for stopping by Craig and sharing this info with everyone here.
Cheers

Magda
I just listened to part of Mike’s Long google hang out arranged by Bob Proctor and at the beginning it is mostly a selling pitch. The beginning didn’t have any value, no info, nothing I could use. I used Bob Proctor free you tube videos for personal development and they are good, but the week long seminar in Toronto just his fees are 15.000,00. The gurus came up with a very smart idea of promoting each other and this way having lots of passive income sources.
Scott Newkirk
Hi Magda,
That is all you will ever hear when you attend any one of Mike long’s hangouts or webinar’s. Bob proctor and about 90% of every internet marketing program out there are in the business of selling the dream. There is NO REAL training, NO high quality tools, and NO help or support without them charging you at least $5K or more. When I was reviewing OMG and going through everything that was offered I found absolutely NO VALUE at all in their program.
I don’t see how anyone would be willing to pay this much when they could get started for FREE and learn everything that’s needed to run a very successful online business, doing the same thing OMG teaches you. Even when you compare the premium level of membership up against OMG you going to get REAL training, the highest quality tools in the business, and around the clock HELP AND SUPPORT for less then $1 a day. This is something that OMG just don’t have.
Whenever you see any program out there charging an insane amount of money for their program, or charging $15 grand just for a one week seminar. This should instantly raise some red flags and tell you that they aren’t the least bit concerned about helping you learn how to make money online. I really do thank you for stopping by Magda and sharing your experience from one of their hangouts with everyone here.
If you are still looking for a place to learn how to make money online and a way to get started absolutely FREE I would suggest Wealthy Affiliate. They are definitely the best.
Cheers

James
Thanks for the heads up about this one as I was about to look seriously about getting into it as it was promoted on a webinar by Mark Ling from New Zealand. He usually recommends good helpful programs and I’m a little surprised that he supports this one given your review and the comments above. I will certainly not be putting one dollar to these guys now, thanks again, James.
Scott Newkirk
No problem at all James!
I’m glad that you have done your research prior to joining OMG. I get emails from Mark ling all the time, and I have to agree with you that most of his products are legit. This product is definitely not one of those products and you should avoid this one altogether. When searching for a legitimate program that will show you the proper way to make money online it’s tough. If you are looking for an honest and real place that will show you how to start up an online business I would highly suggest that you check out Wealthy Affiliate.
They are the ones responsible for all of my success in the online world. You can get started for free no credit card required and gain access to your first training course. In this course you will learn how to get your very own website setup, get the foundation of it in place, and how to write your first page of content.
I will also be there to help you out and answer any questions you may have getting started. Thanks so much for stopping by James and sharing this with everyone here. I really am looking forward to working with you James and helping you get up and running with your very own online business.
I hope to talk to you soon

Hi Scott,
this webinar was recommended by Bob Proctor, who usually makes sense to me with his “law of attraction” and other programs.. u saved me $4000 if this is indeed a scam..
Scott Newkirk
Hi Sara,
I’m not a bit surprised that Bob Proctor is promoting this scheme to everyone. He’s another guru out there who is selling his overpriced coaching program to everyone just like OMG is doing. I’m so glad that you did your research before buying into this scam. You can learn the same stuff that OMG is teaching you for just pennies a day at Wealthy Affiliate.
As a matter of fact you can get up and running with your VERY OWN online business for FREE no strings attached. Wealthy Affiliate is the place where I got my start in the online business world.
When you join for free you will gain instant access to your first 10 lessons where you will be learning how to build your first website. You will also have access to an entire community of internet marketing experts(Including myself) that will be there to help you out and answer any questions you have getting started. Instead of paying $5K for personal one on one coaching at OMG you can get 7 days of free coaching directly from me.
I would highly suggest that you get started by creating your free account and get started on your first training lesson. I will be there to guide you every step of the way and answer any questions you might have. Thanks so much for stopping by Sara and letting me know how much this review has helped you out.
I really am looking forward to working with you and helping you get an online business up and running.
I hope to talk to you soon

AB
Scott,
Although the review is good, I am not sure whether this is ‘independent’. Sounds like you have vested interest too in promoting Wealthy Affiliate. I havent looked into its website yet, but sounds like its affiliate marketing of which you get some slice!
OMG was recommended by Bob Proctor, who somehow have been promoting internet marketing to us lately (the other one being Anik Singal’s Inbox Blueprint). I didn’t buy either of these and have never bought anything from Bob either, though I found quality of his own material to be very very good!
I also disagree about your views on course fees. If someone can get away with whatever they are charging (5K in this case), why wouldnt they? Would you ask why Coke is selling their cans for 70 / 80 cents when all it costs them is 7 to 8 cents to manufacture the drink? That can’t be the sole reason for liking or not liking a product (affordablity is a different issue altogether).
Scott Newkirk
Hi there,
I have gathered all of the information for this review based on my personal experience with OMG. I research different affiliate marketing programs and ONLY recommend those that I find legit and that offers you the best value for your money. With Wealthy Affiliate you can learn everything you need to know about affiliate marketing and learn the right way to go about it without breaking your bank or blowing through your life savings.
If Bob Proctor is promoting OMG then he is no better then all these other internet marketing guru’s out there charging you an insane amount of money just for coaching services. Especially when you can get better quality coaching and personal help and support for just pennies a day with WA. I’m sorry that you disagree with me about course fees but let me put it to you like this.
If you were in the market to buy a new computer and website A had it for let’s say $800. You decided that you wanted to do further research on it to make sure you were getting the best deal and website B has the exact same computer for $300 more. Which one are you going to go with? If you are a smart shopper you would go with the lower priced one.
The same thing goes for OMG and WA. You are going to learn the same thing at both places, but get higher quality training at a much cheaper price with WA. It has nothing to do if they are getting away with it or not. 2 wrongs don’t make a right. It’s all about getting the best value for your money. Hopefully you will change your views on this and at least check out what WA has to offer by opening your FREE account.
I do want to thank you for stopping by and sharing your thoughts on this with everyone here. If I can help you out in any way let me know.

Cheers Mate!
I get your point regarding training provided by WA. It may be the best you can get (having not tried any, I can’t comment). However, the acid test for any affiliate site is how much money they help you make at the end of the day! How does WA compare in that context?
Some other affiliate marketing sites apparently offer ‘income guarantee’, i.e. they ‘help’ you make X money in Y days or they give their fees back! Wouldnt you be tempted to try these offers?
Also, based on my limited knowledge, I think signing up to sites such as WA is only part of the story. You then have to buy / learn SEO tools to get traffic. Does WA provide this service?
In your computer analogy, I agree that I would go with $300, provided its like for like. I dont know how easy it is to compare affiliate marketing websites, as it appears to me that all of them are trying to be different from each other, precisely so that you can’t do like for like comparison.
I also read on some other review website that reason why WA has many positive reviews is because they pay a commission if you divert people to their website. So obviously affiliates wouldnt want to write anything negative or else people wont click on that link. Is that correct? Is that why your replies are peppered with WA links?
And lastly, I think all affiliate marketing stuff seems too good to be true! I mean if its as easy as registering with companies like WA and start counting your money from next day, everyone and their dog would be doing it. Am I missing something here?
Thanks
Scott Newkirk
Hi there,
I can understand you being skeptical of whether WA is the best or if they are even any good at all. I felt the same way that you probably feel now when I joined like 2 years ago. I don’t expect you to take my word for it, I want you to experience it for yourself by trying it out for FREE. At WA we don’t focus on how much money we can help you make. What we do is give you all the tools, training, and help and support you need to make money online. How much you make is totally up to you.
In affiliate marketing you need to focus on helping people out and building a relationship with them. If you are real with people and upfront with them you will gain their trust. Once you do that, they will buy from you. This is when the money part comes in and NOT before then. Anyone who is offering an income guarantee promising you that you can make so much money in so many days is a SCAM. They are only out for one thing and that’s to take your money.
Back in the day I was tempted, and fell victim to lots of offers that would make this guarantee and I lost lots of money with them. Believe me nobody out there can guarantee that you will make any money. The only one that can guarantee your success is YOU! When you sign up to WA there is no hidden fees, upsells or any extra SEO tools you need to purchase. Everything is included with your membership and the training walks you through how to get traffic to your website along with everything you need to know about affiliate marketing.
I have been doing this for close to 2 years now, so it’s really easy for me to compare WA to other affiliate marketing websites out there. I have tried out many, many different programs that claim to show you how to make money online. WA was the only place that has been able to make this a reality for me.
No, the commissions aren’t the reason why you see so many positive reviews about WA. They are simply sharing their experience they have had with WA and trying to help other people find a legitimate way to make money online. I personally could care less about making a commission off of you. I would much rather help you out and show you a honest and legitimate place to learn how to get started online. I’m sorry if you think I have been peppering my replies with WA links. I just want to lead you in the right direction and show you how to learn everything you need to know about affiliate marketing for the lowest price possible.
Lastly, it sounds like you have been misinformed about affiliate marketing and I would like to put a few things into perspective for you. When you make the decision to start up an online business it’s NO different then if you would be to start up a brick and mortar business in the real world. If you just opened up a traditional business offline would you expect to be raking in the money the next day? Absolutely not! Why should things be any different online?
Most businesses don’t make any huge profit for at least a year or more.
The thing that makes WA different from all these other companies is that they tell you up front that you won’t makes $1,000’s of dollars by tomorrow or next week. Affiliate marketing is very hard work, as a matter of fact it’s probably one of the hardest things I have ever done. It takes lots of time, hard work and dedication before you make your first $1 online. If you stick with it you can make lots of money with it and this is what all these other companies fail to mention.
I really hope this has gave you a better understanding about how affiliate marketing works and thanks so much for taking the time to reply back to me. If you have anymore questions for me please reply back to this and I would love to help you out. I have put all this information out there and now it’s ultimately up to you to take action. I would highly suggest that you see for yourself everything that WA has to offer but this decision is up to you.
Cheers!

Dear friend;
You saved me a bunch of money. I knew something was not right so I decided to do some research to avoid another scam. I am really thankful that you provided this review about OMG.
Once again THANK YOU very much;
GOD bless
Scott Newkirk
Hi Monica,
I’m so glad that I was able to save you from getting scammed out of your hard earned money. The internet is full of scams like OMG and it sure does pay to do your research beforehand, before joining any make money program. I’m sure you may be wondering if there really is any legitimate companies out there that actually teach you the proper way to get an online business started, working from home doing something that you enjoy doing. The answer is Yes and I have been making a full time living from home for going on close to 2 years now.
Wealthy Affiliate is the place that has taught me everything I know and has showed me how to create an online business. I would highly recommend that you check them out and open up your Free account. I will be there to help you out every step of the way and answer any questions you may have.

You saved me a big headache and a bunch of money. I was just about to sign up for this program, and something told me to do a little digging first. I am glad that you are providing this reviews against scams like OMG. I am heading to my email account and make sure that I unsubscribe from their emails.
Scott Newkirk
Hi Dzar,
I’m glad that this review has helped you out and saved you from being scammed by OMG. Any program out there that talks more about how much money they’re making, than actually providing you with training, tools and help and support is only out to get your money. When you start learning how to make money online you need to have these 3 things. Without them you won’t get very far in the online world.
If you are looking for a legitimate place to learn how to make money online I would suggest that you check out Wealthy Affiliate. You can get started for Free and learn how to get an online business up and running.
Thanks so much for stopping by dzar and sharing this with everyone here and I am looking forward to working with you.

When I see this Page in SERP- I thought this would be an affiliate’s try to get him some commission. But I was wrong, thanks for your great review. I don’t see many people doing what you’ve just did. Thanks again
Scott Newkirk
Hi Jay,
I’m glad that this review has helped you out and hopefully I was able to save you from being scammed by these guys. I have been scammed plenty of times in the past and I know how it feels to be ripped off by these gurus who are only looking for a way to make their bank accounts bigger. As you can see from this review and the many comments here it’s obvious that this is all they care about.
If you are interested in finding a place that truly does care about seeing you succeed online and help you out I would recommend that you check out Wealthy Affiliate. They have helped me out so much and they are the reason why I have been so successful online. You can get started for FREE and learn everything about how online business works.I will also be there to help you get started and answer any questions you might have as well as pointing you in the right direction.

I totally agree with many of the sentiments above about OMG machines.
They are complete hustlers and any potential opportunity with loads of paypal screen shots, images etc should be a red flag alert!! I was on one of their live go webinar presentations a few days ago (sent by a Chris Munch) whose future emails will now be consigned to the Trash can. What a c!7*t!
I made a comment live on the webinar through the posting questions system as to how disgusting it was for the OMG guys to charge the extortionate amount of $4999 to attendees in the current economy for their program. It is ridiculous, they even had pictures of one of them holding his newborn baby etc. Just snake oil sales exploitation tactics playing on the emotions of others. Spread the word!
Scott Newkirk
Hi there,
OMG machines has got to be the biggest get rich quick scheme that I have ever seen. Anyone that spends more time showing you their Paypal account, then they do showing you how to get your online business started, is only out to take your money and run with it. As soon as I landed on their website the red flags started going up all over the place for me.
I absolutely 100% agree with you that anyone who charges a ridiculous fee of 5 grand just to help you out and show you how to learn IM is nuts. Especially when you could get better help and support from a community of people who actually care about seeing you succeed online. You can even get started for Free!! Whenever you are ready to take things to the next level you can do so without having to take out a loan or refinance your house.
These guys have lots of slimy marketing tactics they are using and unfortunately they are using his newborn baby as one of them. They are wolves dressed up in sheep’s clothing and I am so glad that you didn’t fall for this scam. Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing your thoughts and experience with everyone here.
PS: I’m just curious as to what they said when you told them that their price of 5K was disgusting and ridiculous? Your Friend Scott
Stefan
I attended one of their webinar recently and smelled there was something fishy about it :). They were talking more about their success rather than useful things. It was more of a pitch rather than sharing info. I wasn’t convinced and when I saw the price I started laughing …it`s outrageous! But then something happened : one of the guys presenting the webinar logged into his affiliate dashboard (I can’t remember the name of the site; it wasn’t Clickbank) and showed us his earnings. And they were in the range of 5 figures per day. Right after that , during the Q&A part of the webinar I realized that a lot of people bought into that and they were actively requesting support with their payments. They were throwing money at them :). The sad thing is that I believe those daily earnings were made from people buying the help they sold. I never bought their program because I will never pay that much on helpful info so I don’t have actual proof of whether it is a scam or actually golden. My tip for you : don’t fall into the same old scam : buy my product to learn how I make money out of people buying my product. 🙂
Scott Newkirk
Hi Stefan,
Whenever you attend a webinar and all they do is brag about how much money they are making, that is usually a sign that they are not interested in helping you out at all. I learned that many times and I have fallen for just about every scam out there. Instead of them logging into their affiliate accounts and showing you all their money, they should be focusing on helping you out and providing helpful and quality training on how to setup an online business.
I think it’s sad that people fall for scams like this one and it’s programs like this that has gave the internet a bad name when it comes to making money online. I still need to update my review because they have now raised the price on their mentoring package to $5,000. I thought their prices were too high to begin with but this is just ridiculous.
I 100% agree with you that all the money they make is from people buying their worthless mentoring packages and not from selling any products. I would rather help people out and provide them with quality training and show them how to setup an online business the right way. If all you do is focus on the money your business won’t be around for very long.
I’m really glad that you didn’t buy into this scam and if you are looking for a place that will show you the right way to get started in internet marketing I would suggest you check out Wealthy Affiliate. You can get started for FREE and they don’t brag about how much money they make. Instead they focus on showing you how to make money by building an online business and provide you with step by step directions on how to do this.
Thanks so much for stopping by Stefan and sharing this info with everyone and if I can help you out in any way man let me know.

Hey buddy… You need to do your homework a little better. I am in their high end coaching and its been the best training I have been through. I already made my money back and working on client sites now. Everyone in OMG is super helpful and go above and beyond. They over deliver and really care about their customers. Wealthy affiliate is mediocre at best and they are not even teaching you what works NOW. OMG has produced more 6 figure earners in the online industry then any other program. Also for the ones that say they attended their webinars and said they are just boasting and pitching… they are full of crap. They provide soooo much value in their free webinars its crazy. Your only doing this negative review funnel people into wealthy affiliate.
Scott Newkirk
Hi Michael,
Anyone who charges that insane amount of money to coach you on how internet marketing works has just lost my respect and trust. I have done some major research on OMG and while their intentions may seem good, they are just out to get your money. I’m glad that you are having lots of success with them but you could have learned internet marketing and had everything you needed to get started online for a small fraction of what you paid to join OMg’s no holds barred program.
As a matter of fact, you could have got started for FREE and got 2 websites up and running. Not to mention unlimited coaching and mentoring for your first 7 days, all for free.
Wealthy Affiliate has showed me how to start making money online and they go out of their way to help you out and answer any questions you have. They are constantly doing upgrades and improving on their service everyday. They also don’t charge you 5 grand to be your mentor or offer you help and support. It’s kinda obvious that what they are teaching is working NOW because this review is at the top of page 1 so I have got to disagree with you.
I attended one of their webinars as well and instead of them providing quality training and trying to help you all they could do is brag about how much money they are making. That is a huge turn off for me and it shows that they don’t really care about you whatsoever. The purpose of this website is to help people avoid scams like this and show them a legit place that teaches you how internet marketing works without breaking their bank.
I wish you lots of continued success and I appreciate you stopping by and commenting on this review.

Great work Scott for this enlightening review!
As I am determined to start my online business, can you please show me your Top 5 recommendations to really Internet Marketing?
Your prompt reply on this urgent matter will truly be appreciated as I highly value your input.
Scott Newkirk
Hey Ian,
I don’t really have a top 5 but just my #1 recommendation in which I have been referring people to for over a year now. That would be Wealthy Affiliate. They have helped me in so many ways and I am very grateful to them for showing me the proper way to setup an online business. If you really are looking for a way to start an online business and get into internet marketing then Wealthy Affiliate will show you how to do this.
The best part is that you can get started for FREE and they also provide you with 2 free websites to get you going. You will also get access to a 10 lesson training course with easy to follow tasks for each lesson. I will also be there to help you out if you need it and answer any questions you might have.
Thanks for stopping by lan and I am looking forward to working with you and if you have anymore questions let me know.

Hi
I was about to sign up to OMG as they are offering a payment plan. The reason I was going to join was the successful marketers they are talking about are former students. Or are you saying they are all fake testimonials. I heard of them through Becker’s site. I have a lot of time for him. Surely there would be negative comments all over the net (warrior forum would be ablaze) to avoid this like the plague. Yes, I think it is way overpriced, but was tempted. However, I am going to do some more research before making up my mind. Thanks for the review.
Scott Newkirk
Hey Mel,
You shouldn’t need a payment plan to get started in creating your own business. Mostly all of these testimonials are fake along with their fake bank statements. You can go onto fiverr and have this done for a small fee of $5. I would avoid this program altogether because the only thing you are going to get is a e-book, a bunch of mp3 recordings and lots of interviews from the owners telling how they was able to see success. There is no actual training that walks you through the process of how you can get started making money online. If you really are looking for a way to make money online and a way to get started for FREE no credit card required.
I would suggest that you check out Wealthy Affiliate. They will walk you through the process of how to setup your first website and you will get hands on training on how to write content, how to get ranked high in the search engines, and how to get lots of traffic to your website and start making money.
I will also be there to help you out if you have any questions about any of this and get you pointed in the right direction. Thanks for stopping by Mel and commenting on this post and I do look forward to working with you.

Hi! Yeah, I just hate this time wasting products. And Becker from SourceWave is also getting all crazy. I don’t believe that any of these guys make any actual money from actually working, but by selling products only.
Scott Newkirk
Hi there,
I have to agree with you about these time wasting products. I hate it when these people are more concerned with pushing these products on everyone then they are with helping them get a business setup and showing you how to make money online. I don’t know much about this Becker guy but from what I am hearing about him it doesn’t sound like he is any better then the rest of the gurus out there. I don’t think they make money from working their business either. They are more focused on trying to sell you their useless training modules and their overpriced support and mentoring packages.
If you are tired of scams like this then I would recommend checking out Wealthy Affiliate. It’s the only place that is more focused on showing you how to make money then pushing products on you to buy. You can even get started for FREE and check out everything they have to offer with no commitments or obligations.
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts on OMG and if I can help you out in any way let me know.

I have to agree that this appears to be another highly hyped product. The truth is i have done SEO since 1997 which is longer then any of them have been doing it and one thing I can say there are no tricks or short cuts. While you can have some bad quality sites for some good keywords if you don’t use sound methods they will quickly disappear.
Scott Newkirk
Hey Jerry,
This is another one of those hyped up programs where as soon as you land on their website you are bombarded with photo shopped copies of Greg and Mikes Paypal account. If this doesn’t scream SCAM then I don’t know what does. The methods that they are teaching for SEO will also be short lived like you have said and once Google finds out about this your site will disappear. Thanks for stopping by Jerry and commenting on this and I wish you lots of success in the online world.
Anyone who would like a real opportunity to get started online for FREE with no gimmicks or outrageous claims of getting rich overnight should check out Wealthy Affiliate where you can get an online business setup and learn SEO the right way.
Emmett Moore
These guys are complete and total hustlers. Got suckered into watching this from Becker at SourceWave; normally Becker puts out good info. But Becker really lost a lot of my respect by pushing this crap.
Scott Newkirk
Hey Emmett,
I have to agree with you! They are only looking out for 1 thing and that is taking your money. They could care less about seeing you succeed online and they make it pretty clear with their $5,000.00 support and mentoring packages. Anyone that truly cares about seeing you succeed online wouldn’t be charging you that insane amount of money. Especially when they tell you there are no refunds and they will only help you for 3 months.
If I am going to pay that amount of money for someone to help me it better be for longer than 3 months and they should have some type of refund policy in place. I’m sorry that you got suckered into this scam and I would just be really careful who you trust next time because there are thousands of people out there who are promoting this scam to everyone.
If you are looking for a 100% legitimate place where you really can learn about how to start up an online business I would recommend you check out Wealthy Affiliate. You can get started for FREE and there are no catches or obligations whatsoever. Thanks for stopping by and sharing your experience with everyone here and I wish you lots of luck in your online ventures.

Hey Scott, you are doing great jobs with all these reviews. After watching live webinar I wanted to check out on google what it is all about, and “surprislingly” I couldnt found anything.
However Mike and company they are all good speakers, and push all emotional buttons in their presentation. And I bet that they will find a lot of people that will trust them and pay all savings in exchange for hope that some “miracle” will happen …. I can imagine now lot of sad stories
Scott Newkirk
Thanks so much Johnny, I’m glad you are enjoying them!
Yea a lot of people have been watching their webinar’s lately. They do a good job of speaking and trying to convince you that you need their support and mentoring packages, I want to warn you not to fall into their trap. I know that they have a pretty huge following of people who have already paid and there are thousands of people promoting this SCAM. I can only hope that people will come here and read this first before joining them and paying all that money when they don’t have to.
You can learn everything you need to know about internet marketing and how to get an online business setup. It’s FREE to get started!
Thanks for stopping by Johnny and leaving your thoughts about this SCAM and if you ever need help getting started online I would love to help you out man.

Scott,
Thanks for the review. Most of the reviews on the internet regarding the OMG NHB program are obviously affiliates doing the old “Scam reviews” which are poorly disguised promotions of the product. By the way Mike Long & co now want $4,999 for the course (for three months of webinars!)and there is an arrogant paragraph in their sales page about “if you are serious you will not expect a refund. Excuse me? $5,000 and no refund policy. The other red flag to me is the narcism displayed by these guys via their overly handsome and well muscled caricatures slapped over every page. If you have to go to such lengths to impress
and entertain the “rubes” whilst separating them from their money, then
you are not about being genuine or sincere.
Scott Newkirk
Hey Brian, Yea I found that out when I was gathering up this information for this review. I couldn’t find 1 negative review about this program.I think that people need to know the truth about OMG and not be led to believe its the greatest thing out there. Are you serious? They raised the coaching program up to 5 grand now!! That is crazy and then they have the nerve to say there are no refunds!! I thought that 2,400.00 was bad and it looks like I will have to update some information on it. This is a huge red flag for me as soon as I saw it.Another thing I didn’t like was the bank statements all over their page claiming you will get rich overnight.
Thanks a lot for stopping by and updating me on this information. I’m glad that you know to avoid this scam and I want everyone who comes here to avoid it.
Have a great day

Refreshing to see a helpful and balanced review.
I am listening to the webinar and I can ‘t get over that Mike Long sounds like this uber slimy lawyer on the tv show “Suits”.
Louis Litt. Realllly hard to inspire trust when he comes off sounding slimy.
Plus I am well versed in “statement analysis” and the phrasing and gist of what these guys are saying seems off. Perhaps insincere ?
Scott Newkirk
Hey there,
Yea I have listened to a few of his videos as well and he does sound like the slimy type of guy. He is telling you about how he has made all this money and says for 5 grand (I guess he raised the price) I can show you too. Only for 3 months though! I guess he figures you won’t need anymore help after 3 months. I would rather see people get help and support from somewhere that doesn’t care about your money, but they actually want to see you succeed and they don’t charge you 5 grand to do so either. I would definitely avoid anything these guys have to say and run the other way.
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts on OMG

Jude Banks
Hi Scott,
I joined OMG (paid $150) when it first launched, based on the recommendation of marketers I respected and was following at the time. Supposedly that was a special price for Webinar attendees.
Well, not so, because they continued to offer the membership at that same price for everyone, but later split them up into part 1 and part 2, as you state ($45) and ($99). There was no opportunity in the beginning to get just the $45 part, then decide.
That was my first alarm bell. I don’t like being told I am getting a special price when it is not true.
Basically, I saw them as product vendors whose main reason for being there was to promote their own products. Nothing wrong with promoting your own products, of course. But when you call your business a coaching and support service, the primary focus should be on providing unbiased information and guidance rather than self-product promotions.
I agree with your review and you have stated everything accurately.
~Jude Banks
Scott Newkirk
Hey Jude, I have gotten several requests to do a review on this company and no matter how much research I did on them I couldn’t find no negative reviews on it. I thought that people should know the truth about this company and stop being misinformed about them. They have such a huge following that it reminded me of EN it seems like everyone is flocking to them. I just don’t see why every internet marketing product out there is centered around the get rich quick mentality. Where are all the honest people at in this industry anyway? I’m sorry that you paid $150 for this program and was led down the wrong path. Anyone who charges that amount of money for a product that won’t get you any closer to making money online then you was before you bought it should be avoided.
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your story with everyone and I hope they will check out this review and read the comments before joining. It will really save them a lot of time and money in the long run. I wish you lots of luck in your journey to find a true work from home business opportunity and if I can help you in any way let me know.

Vitaliy
Great review Scott. I’ve never heard of OMG, but I’m sure many others have so I hope they read your review before joining this place.
I like the way you laid out everything. It’s very structured, organized and easy to read.
Sadly the IM world is full of mostly scams which show off shiny objects to get you to buy like you said and then you only realize the mistake you made.
In the IM world, never go with your first impression. That’s what I learned!
Scott Newkirk
Hi Vitality, It seems like a lot of people have never heard of this program and when I was doing research on this I couldn’t find any negative reviews on it. I am hoping I can get this review to the top so that people can read an honest review and not get fooled into buying into this scam. Unfortunately the internet is full of get rich quick schemes like this one and it don’t look like they are going to stop anytime soon. Everyday more and more of these schemes are created. I totally agree with you to never go with your first impression, always do your research first. It could save you thousands of dollars down the road.
Rick Jantz
Great review. I was checking into this myself but what kept me away was the article spinner, I think they use “magic submitter”. I had tried that out before but couldn’t get away fast enough when I saw the phoney email accounts and addresses they created. Nothing but bad SEO practices there. Thanks for your post and good to know OMG is another one to stay away from.
Scott Newkirk
Hey Rick I’m glad this review has helped you discover what OMG Machines is all about and to avoid these people like the plague. After I saw that they were using an article spinner, that is what turned me off from them. Then after I saw that they were charging a couple grand just for help and support that just made things worse. Any program that teaches you bad SEO practices should be avoided at all costs. Thanks so much for your comment Rick
Mike Henry
Great review Scott…OMG has to stand for oh my God…not another one. Hey you say that newbies wont pay that sort of money to start, then check out Empower Network they want you to pay more than that.
They also provide you with those useless mp3 recordings telling you how someone else made it online. It’s the same thing all over again and it’s a template all these so called gurus are using to con us.
Lucky for some of us we have found Wealthy Affiliate and we must continue to tell as many people as we can, that there is a way without paying through the nose and being scammed.
Scott Newkirk
Hey Mike I think I have to agree with you on this. It should be called that lol Believe me I know all about Empower network and their ridiculous up sells. Their pricing is more than double that and I don’t see how people would actually be willing to pay that much for something that offers little to no value.
Actually Mike when I was reviewing this program it reminded me of EN in lots of different ways. For one I noticed that they have a huge following and I wasn’t able to find one negative review on this program. Two as you have already mentioned the mp3 recordings are a lot like the Empower network because they are pretty much bragging about their success. These gurus must think that interviewing other successful internet marketers is going to help other people find success as well.
Since I have been scammed so many times in the past. I feel like it’s my job to help other people avoid scams like this one, and lead people to a safe and scam free place to make money online without paying a fortune to do so. Wealthy Affiliate is the only place where people can learn Internet marketing and get started for Free
Chip Paulson
Nothing new here! Although I suppose the support system is halfway decent, the methods are clearly outdated and even harmful to rankings! Nothing good comes to those who expect it to be easy. Even lottery tickets are little more than dumb luck, and not a result of any actual planning.
Scott Newkirk
For that amount of money I would hope it is more than half way decent support but then again I doubt it very much. What they are teaching is a bit outdated and we all know that using article spinners is not good because it can kill your rankings.
