It’s been quite some time since I’ve reviewed a cycler program. If you’re a regular visitor to my site you’ll know that I’ve been doing lots of reviews on survey panels lately. By this time you may be about as sick of reading about survey sites as I am sick of writing about them.
I figured I would switch it up some for you guys today and let you know about a particular cycler that launched about a week ago. They claim that if you only have $2 you can turn this into $18K by simply referring other people to this program.
You may be thinking about now, what have you got to lose? I’ve got at least $2 in change laying around the house so why not?
Let me stop you right there and give you some solid facts about this company first and show you why you would probably be better off saving that change to buy your next cup of coffee instead.
Within this review, I’ll be revealing everything you need to know before you join and why you shouldn’t buy into the hype that’s surrounding this program.
What Exactly Is Pays 4 Ever?
This is basically a cycler where you’ll need to find 4 people to join and the people you recruit will also need to find 4 people as well.
If you aren’t familiar with how a cycler works, this is a system setup where you’ll need to recruit other people and make direct payments to your sponsor.
In other words, it’s A Cash Gifting Scheme hiding behind a few worthless e-books and advertising credits which are the only thing keeping this scheme on the legal side of the law.
Who Is This Scheme Meant For?
Like most programs of this nature, this kind of program is targeted towards people who are looking for an easy way out and are actually gullible enough to believe that BS programs like Pays 4ever actually work.
Also like I said earlier, if you think that you can actually only spend $2 and make $18K- $35K of effortless income like they claim, then this program would make a great fit for you and this would be right down your alley.
However, if you’re the type of person who would rather put in the time and effort required to build a real business online, then this program definitely wouldn’t cater to you.
How It Works
This program is invitation only and in order for you to join you’re going to need to find a sponsor. This is how most cyclers works and how they make their money.
Once you find a sponsor and pay $2 your name will be added to the pool.
There are 6 levels that you can earn on and once you upgrade to each level your earning potential will continue to go up until you make your first $18,000.
According to their claims all you need to do is give money to your sponsor and receive up to 4 times more in exchange.
If it really was this easy to make money online don’t you think everyone would be doing it?
Sound too good to be true? These are my thoughts exactly and they make this seem so easy that even your grandmother could do it. I call BS on this one based on how their system is setup and how you get paid.
How Do You Find People To Recruit?
Once you pay your $2 fee and join under your sponsor you’ll be given traffic credits where you can promote your affiliate link on many on the top traffic exchanges websites on the internet.
This includes credits to some of the most popular PTC sites around like Clicksense and My Paying Ads.
Each time you upgrade to a higher level you’ll earn additional views to your affiliate ad and this is the main way that you’ll get people to join through your link.
Of course, you could also spam your link across all of your social media networks and try to get your friends and family involved in this scheme if you’re desperate and want to try your luck with your warm market.
If you’re a frequent visitor to my site then you know how I feel about traffic exchanges and how I keep stressing how worthless this kind of traffic is.

Here’s What I Liked About It
- Only $2 to join
- Accepts PayPal
Here’s What I Didn’t Like About It
- Hyped up claims that you can make up to $35k from simply joining for $2
- The only thing keeping this cash gifting scheme legal is a couple useless e-books and worthless traffic credits
- You’ll be required to recruit people in order to make money with this system
- Borderline Illegal
How Their Compensation Plan Works
Their compensation plan consists of 2 phases that are 3 levels deep each and each one pays a different amount for each level you gain.

Of course, these figures are based on a numbers game. The more people in your downline, the more money you can make. In order for you to even get close to the figure, you see in the chart above you would need to recruit close to 1,000 people.
This is a far cry from the 84 people that they claim you’ll have to recruit to make a whopping $18,384 wouldn’t you say?
How Will You Get Paid?
There are 3 payment processors that this program uses to distribute payments which I’ll list for you guys below!
- PayPal- I was really shocked to discover that PayPal would have anything to do with a program of this nature. This was actually just recently added and when this program launched PayPal wasn’t available.
- Payza- This is another payment processor that you can choose to receive your money if you would like. This is similar to PayPal and their fee structure is about the same.
- Solid Trust Pay- This is another option that you can choose to receive your money and comes with its own set of fees.
No matter which processor you decide to go with you’ll be charged a fee for each transaction and these will add up after a while. They also recommend that you have an account with 2 out of the 3 processors.

Would I Consider Pays 4 Ever To Be A Scam?
Based on the things that I’ve revealed for you guys today I think it’s pretty obvious that this is nothing but a 100% pure SCAM!! This is a pretty harsh word and I try to refrain from using it as much as I possibly can.
However, I would be lying to you guys if I told you this was a legit program and put my seal of approval on it.
Like I said earlier, if there was such a thing as effortless income and you really could turn $2 into $18K-$35K don’t you think the whole world would be flocking to it?
Building a business online takes lots of hard work, requires a strategy and won’t produce results overnight. Like anything in life, you’ll need to work hard at it every day to build it up before you start to see any results.

Things like this are why I haven’t upgraded my account with Wealthy Affiliate
the trashing of other biz opps to steal rankings.

Hey Ray,
Thanks so much for dropping by and sharing your thoughts with everyone here today.
Just the fact that you would even place this cash gifting pyramid scheme in the same category as a biz opp shows right there that you have no idea what you’re getting yourself into.
If you actually believe that these types of systems are a legit biz opp then you’re in for a rude awakening and I truly feel sorry for you man.
I don’t think WA would be a good fit for you so it’s best that you don’t upgrade your account.
It’s quite funny that you mentioned that you haven’t upgraded your WA account but you have the audacity to leave your WA affiliate link in this comment (Which I have removed)
Anyways, thanks for stopping by today Ray and I wish you the best of luck in whatever you decide to do in life.
Cheers
~Scott~

I have to disagree, I get good leads to my site from Pays4Ever, effective affordable advertising is not a scam
Scott Newkirk
Hi there,
It doesn’t matter if you get good leads from this program or not, that’s beside the point. These type of programs are illegal and they come with a good amount of risk to get started. If you’re cool with recruiting people into a cash gifting scheme and scamming people out of their hard earned money then great.
However, if you have any dignity about yourself then you would avoid programs like this that are created for 1 purpose and that’s to take your money and leave you with nothing. Anyway, I do want to thank you for dropping by and sharing your 2cents with everyone here today.
