After I finally got through that extremely long and painfully boring sales video I was able to gather enough information for you guys to thoroughly review the rich janitor.
I had someone tell me that they had been scammed out of nearly $600 with this program and he asked me if I would do a review on it.
I figured sure why not?
This guy was willing to come forward and share his story with me about his own personal experience and I’ll be sharing this with you guys later on in this review.
By the time you are finished reading this review you’ll be able to make a sound decision as to whether Mikes program could be your key to financial freedom or if this is something you should avoid like the zika virus.
Mike Dee’s Story
Before I get into the meat of this program and show you exactly what you’ll be doing if you should decide to join, I think it’s really important that you know a little about his back story first.
Before you get all emotional on me today, I want to let you guys know that his story is completely fake and he’s using this as a marketing tactic to lure you into his scheme.
I would also like to elaborate on how dishonest this guy really is and show you why you shouldn’t trust him with any of your hard earned money.
Unlike most internet marketing gurus who usually use fast cars and million dollar mansions to lure you into their scheme, Mike has decided to go with the opposite approach.
He decides to pull on your heart strings instead and play with your emotions by telling you a prefabricated rags to riches sob story where he had racked up over $10,000 of credit card debt and was working part time as a janitor at a middle school.
He then tries to get you to believe that he was so hungry and poor at the time that he resorted to eating a sandwich out of the trash can which got him immediately fired the very next day.
Come On, Give Me A Break!!
Who does this guy think he’s kidding?
Now I got to admit his story is really convincing and it did pull on my heart strings for a minute so I can see how so many people fall for schemes like this one.
Is Mike Dee Even A Real Person Or Just A Fictional Character?
As I was doing my research on this particular program I found out that this guy doesn’t even exist and he happens to be using 2 different names.
He seems to be using Mike Dougherty as an alias, but when I started digging deeper, I quickly found that neither one of these people were the true owner of this scam.
The real owner of this scam happens to be a guy by the name of Ankur Patel which has created many other low quality affiliate marketing products with the rich dishwasher and rat race assassin among his most recent work.
To the best of my knowledge, neither one of these programs is still in existence and they got shut down a while ago.
Who Is The Rich Janitor For?
Unfortunately, this is another program that preys on the weak and desperate people who work a 9-5 job and are looking for an easy way out.
If you’re the type of person that buys into the hype and are gullible enough to believe that push button programs like this actually work, then I think this program would be a good fit for you.
Here Are My Thoughts On The Sales Video
If you managed to sit through the long and drawn out sales page video you still have no idea what you’ll be doing when you join.
The only thing you’re told is that Mike has discovered a loophole that you can leverage to force millions of dollars into your bank account.
He tells you that anyone can do this with either a computer or a mobile device and on 2 different occasions within the first 5-10 minutes of his presentation he tells you that he will deposit money into your bank account for simply watching the sales video in its entirety.
This is just the start of his lies and deception and the more you watch the worst his lies get. I found it really hard to make it through the 30+ minute video and my BS detector kept going off throughout the entire video.
I did find his marketing skills to be quite impressive though and his sales copy was really convincing.
If I had come across this program in my earlier years, chances are, that I would have probably fallen for this scam and bought into the hype.
So What Is This Mysterious Loophole That Mike Has Discovered?
You don’t find out exactly what you’re getting yourself into or what you’re buying until you join.
It turns out that this loophole comes in the form of an article spinner, a few training videos, and some e-books.
For those of you who aren’t familiar with what an article spinner is let me explain…..
In a nutshell, this is software that scans other article directories. It will then, copy, re-word the article, and put a spin on it.
Not only is this considered to be spammy, this is also considered plagiarism and could get you into some pretty deep trouble if someone was to report you.
The training videos were simplistic and covered a variety of different topics related to affiliate marketing.
This includes:
- Endless profits
- Website Fortune
- Creating A Clickbank Account
- Affiliate Marketing Blueprint For Beginners
- Among Many, Many Others
I found the training in these modules to be decent, but the thing that bothers me the most is that they’re teaching outdated techniques that may have worked well back in 2010.
If you would be to apply the techniques in these videos in 2016 you will likely get your website blacklisted and put on Google’s naughty list.
I found their e-books to be outdated and really low quality. Some of the techniques covered in these books tell you how to steal other people’s content from free online sources, change it up and put your own personal touch on it and market it as your own.
Not only is this considered copyright infringement and this could get you into some serious legal trouble, but this is also sleazy and very unethical.
Could you honestly sleep at night knowing that you ripped off somebody else content that they worked so hard on and turned a profit from it?
How Much Will This Hurt Your Wallet?
Remember that $70 that Mike said he will deposit into your account for simply watching his sales video?
You quickly find out that this comes in the form of a discount off the purchase price of his program.
This starts out at $97 and your $70 discount is immediately applied as soon as you enter your email address on the sales page.
This brings your grand total down to $27, but if you try to click out of this page Mike will knock the price down even more by offering you his entire system for a mere $7.
Wow, what an awesome deal right?
NOT!!
To be quite honest with you guys, I wouldn’t give you 7 cents for this program, let alone 7 bucks.
The training methods are extremely outdated and this is definitely not something that will work in 2016.
Are There Any Up-Sells?
If you thought Mike was really going to let you access his entire system for a mere $7 then I’m afraid that you’re going to be highly disappointed at this point in time.
There are 3 upsells or one time offers(OTO) that will be thrown in your face as soon as you gain access to the member’s area.
These upsells will end up costing you $97, $197, and $497. If you’re looking to go all in with this program you would be spending in upwards of $800.
Looking To Get A Refund? Good Luck With That
When this program originally launched it was a Clickbank product.
Due to the nature of this program and their unethical practices, Clickbank has removed them from their marketplace due to violating their terms and conditions.
If CB won’t accept this product then you know it’s got to be pretty bad.
CB Is known for their low quality and in some cases, flat out scams and it’s not very often that they pull their support from a product.
They do offer a 60 day money back guarantee, but it comes with a few stipulations which you can read about below.
What does this sound like to you? I’m not sure what thoughts may be going through your head about now, but for me, this tells me that they would give you more problems and make this more of a headache than it’s worth.
Years ago, when I used to fall for scams similar to this one it would be next to impossible to get my money back and after a while, I would just cut my losses and move on.
If you are persistent and don’t give up you can get a refund as long as it’s within their 60 day window, but it’s not going to be easy.

My Final Verdict
It’s unfortunate that spammy software programs like this still exist in 2016 and it’s programs like this that give the internet marketing industry a bad name.
Maybe you could have flown under Google’s radar and got away with using article spinners back in 2012, but in 2016, these types of programs are considered to be worthless and will end up doing more harm than good.
Google has wised up and has grown accustomed to spun content and poorly composed articles through their algorithm updates which are released several times throughout the year.
If you’re looking to make money online in 2016 you’re much better off learning the proper way to build a business online that doesn’t violate Google’s terms of service or involve any unethical practices that you’ll likely regret later.
This will require a good deal of time and effort on your part and contrary to what other gurus may have told you this will require lots of hard work on your part.
I really hope this review has helped you guys out and hopefully, I’ve been able to help you avoid becoming the next victim of this notorious scam.
Do you have a story that you would like to share about your experience with this program? I
I would love to hear all about it in the comments below.
By doing this you’ll not only be helping other people avoid being ripped off, but you’ll also gain peace of mind knowing that you were able to help other people out.
Cheers

I cancelled my membership 12/11/2017. Never see my refund yet.

I did, foolishly, give Rich Janitor the initial small deposit. I can charge that off to research, I guess. BUT you do not mention the real scam: They presented one of their upsells to me, where they would help me get rich if I would pay them another $497. By now, I know better than that, so I declined. THE CHARGE APPEARED ON MY DEBIT CARD THE NEXT DAY ANYWAY!! They used the number from my original deposit, you see. So, whatever you do, do not give them your debit card!! Fortunately, I happened to visit my friendly banker that day, and they asked me about the charge and were still able to cancel it when I got red in the face and started yelling. They did not lean on me about it, but recommended that I limit the use of my debit card on the internet to companies I know really well, like Amazon and Walmart. I have accepted that recommendation, so I have missed some wonderful opportunities ever since.
Feel free to publish my email. Glad to talk to anybody about this, including Rich Janitor. I have emailed them to talk about what happened, and told them I would report the incident to anybody who would listen.

Hi, Jurgen!!
I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve become a victim of the Rich Janitor scam and my heart goes out to you right now.
These type of scammers always seem to hook you in at a small cost and bait you on many of their overpriced upsells in an attempt to drain your bank account and leave you scratching your head wondering what just happened.
Yea, 1 of the upsells that I covered in my review above, was the $497 one.
I would never give my credit card out to a sketchy company like this in the first place or any system that claims you’ll earn money within a predetermined amount of time.
I’m glad that you were able to visit your friendly banker and get this canceled in enough time. I agree, that you should only use your card on sites that you trust and ones that aren’t out to scam you out of your hard earned money.
I can totally relate to how you must feel about now, cause I’ve personally lost several thousands of dollars to scams like this one in the past and I know how awful this can be.
There are definitely legit programs out there that show you the real way to build a business online that isn’t out to scam you, but rather help you out and show you how to get started
I really want to thank you for dropping by Jurgen and sharing your personal experience with the Rich Janitor program with everyone here today.
It’s much appreciated!!
