Sound too good to be true?
Within this review, I’m going to dig deep and give you guys the 411 on this system, as well as giving you some first-hand information on it before you waste any of your hard earned money on it.
Sound good?
Believe it or not, this system has been around since early 2013. This is probably one of the cheapest programs that I’ve ever reviewed in the 3+ years that I’ve been in this industry and I will get into the true price here in a few minutes.
How It Works
Once you join, you’ll be provided with your own free website along with text, graphics, and your very own sales videos that you’ll need to embed on your website.
You’ll also need your very own PayPal account in order to meet the requirements for this system.
You’ll be walked through the entire process of how to setup your PayPal account as well as how to setup your download page.
In a nutshell, you’ll be reselling this system to other people and you’ll receive 100% commission whenever someone buys this system through your link.
I wouldn’t consider this an affiliate marketing business but more along the lines of a cash gifting scheme which happens to be illegal in all 50 states.
The reason why this system is still around today is due to the fact that you get something for your $5 investment. Otherwise, this would have probably been shut down years ago.
Once you get your website set up you’re going to need to start driving traffic to it and this is where the popular Neobux site comes into play.
I did a review on this popular PTC site a few months ago and I wasn’t very impressed with what they had to offer.
If you are familiar with how PTC sites, then you already know that this isn’t exactly the best way to drive targeted traffic to your site.
Carlos claims that you won’t need to invest any other money outside of your initial $5 purchase. Instead, you can click ads on the Neobux network until you reach the threshold of $16.
You then would need to invest that money back into your first advertising campaign. According to Carlos, this is when the money should start flowing into your PayPal account.
However, he does tell you several times that in order for this system to really work you need to purchase Neobux ad packs for maximum exposure.
Pros Vs Cons At A Glance
Pros:
- Low start-up costs
Cons:
- A waste of time and money
- Setup like a Cash Gifting Scheme which offers 100% commissions
- A really poorly designed system
- The quality of the videos are so bad that it’s almost unbearable to sit through
- The instructions are really vague and leave out lots of vital information needed to make this work
- Utilizes Neobux as your main source of traffic
The True Cost If You Really Want To Make This System Work
Carlos claims that you won’t need to invest any more than $4.99 in order to start making money using his system but as I was doing my research I found this not to be true.
Let’s face it, any program that relies on PTC as your main source of traffic is going to require you to purchase advertising packs which cost money.
Sure, you could always click on ads and earn advertising credits this way, but this is easier said than done.
In most cases, you’ll be getting paid a fraction of a cent and this could possibly take you years to accumulate $16 in positive cash flow to start up your first advertising campaign.
Since this system is directly affiliated with Neobux you would be purchasing your ad packs on their website and this could get costly depending on which plan you decide upon.
You could end up spending anywhere from $16 to upwards of $100 or more depending on how much exposure you want to your website.
Red Flags
The more that I started digging for information about this system the worst it got.
Red flags started going up all over the place for me and here are just a few of them which I’ll list below.
- Their Sales Page- As I was doing my research I found it quite shocking that their official sales page is non-existent and points to a suspended account page.
Take a look at the screenshot below to get a visual of what I’m talking about
- Introduction Video- Carlos reveals absolutely nothing about his system and the only thing he does is log into his Paypal account and show you money that he already has in his account.
He doesn’t actually show you these deposits or where they are coming from.
He provides you with no proof that his system works and for all we know, that money could have come from anywhere.
- Flagged YouTube Video- The original video which was uploaded to YouTube on July 14th, 2013 was flagged as spam by many users.
- Neobux Is Your Main Source Of Traffic- Just the fact that this system is affiliated with Neobux is enough to raise a red flag in my opinion.
PTC (Paid To Click) Traffic is probably one of the lowest quality traffic that you can have coming to your website.
Why you may ask?
This traffic isn’t targeted and the only reason they are there is to get paid pennies to click on your ads.
They don’t care about what you have to offer and they certainly have no interest in spending money.

My Honest Opinion About Turbo Paypal
I’ve reviewed many, many, so called make money online products in my time as an internet marketer and this has got to be one of the lowest quality ones to date.
From its poorly designed system to their shady looking sales page (Which doesn’t even exist) this is one product that you should definitely steer clear of.
It looks like this product was setup in under 10 minutes and their set up instructions are so vague that you would have a better chance winning the lottery than you would be to make any type of money with this program.
About the only thing that this program has going for it is the fact that they accept PayPal.
Besides that, this is about as borderline scam as you’re going to get and this is definitely not the way to get started building a business online.
Making money online requires a solid plan of action along with training and help and support when you need it.
Unfortunately, Turbo PayPal offers none of this and I feel it’s a complete waste of your time.
If you truly are serious about utilizing the power of the internet to build something of value and learning some life changing skills I would highly recommend Wealthy Affiliate.
Not only can you get started for free, but you’ll also be provided with some of the highest quality training available online.
Not to mention being able to network and interact with 1,000’s of highly successful 6 figure income earners in the online marketing industry.
I really hope that this review has helped you guys and that I have been able to provide you with some insights into what this system is all about and save you the time, money, and frustration of trying to make it work for you.
